Convenient Stay Close to Town
handy location family room maintained hotel plenty parking
the hotel is a short walk to the town centre it is a handy location after leaving calais. i was happy with the family room we had it included an upstairs area. the hotel looks well maintained and the rooms are appointed well. i also found plenty of parking available which was a bonus.
i noticed the tennis court needs some attention it definitely looked like it has seen better days.

the room was quiet and clean and housekeeping provided a good service daily . it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it made getting ready easier.

all the staff at the hotel were very cute i felt comfortable asking for assistance. breakfast was busy each morning but the staff remained calm. i found them all to be friendly and helpful.

the hotel is about a ten minute walk from the centre of town it is also set in a quiet area. there are attractive tree lined streets close to the hotel. it provides a relaxing and calm setting.

admirable amenities
superb location excellent breakfast superb staff
i appreciated the easy walk into town from this iconic venue. the breakfast was excellent, (i especially enjoyed the selection of fresh pastries). simple access to the main motoring routes made it a convenient stop during my travels. the staff were superb, especially at reception.
the room included only a vertical fan for cooling instead of air conditioning. chipped paintwork on the doorframes exposed the bare wood. i also observed that some tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked.

the hotel is situated in a calm area close to the town center. it provides convenient pedestrian access. there is complimentary parking available on site, a definite advantage with vehicles.

ground floor helpful staff chipped paintwork cracked tiles
The room position pleased me . It was on the ground floor, granting direct access to the garden. breakfast i found excellent. the staff showed themselves as helpful and accommodating regarding our requests.
i noticed the paintwork was chipped on virtually all doorframes, exposing bare wood within the room. there was no air conditioning, only a vertical fan provided for cooling. it was not very effective. also, tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked. it needs to be updated soon, i think.

good choice great staff member good recommendations
the room size was lovely and the facilities were very good. breakfast provided a good choice. i ate in le picardy restaurant and it was AMAZING!!! jean pierre was a great staff member and gave very good recommendations. it really was a great stay all in all.

The restaurant impressed me. The food was superior. waiters and waitresses were charming. i appreciated the free parking available on site. the hotel features a pool, very good, and well kept grounds.
The tennis court needs maintenance. It looked worn.
